About me

Introduction

In my clinical practice I apply a person-centered and integrative approach and I believe in the inner drive to grow is essential to human nature. I have trained as a psychologist and a humanistic, integrative psychotherapist and I'm  an experienced human resources professional. As a psychotherapist I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). I work according to the Code of Ethics of the IAHIP.

During my professional career I've been privileged to  work with people in various individual and group settings, and to accompany them on their journey of developing greater self-awareness, learn about themselves and their relationships and  start changing the way they think, feel and act in certain situations.

As a therapist have gained experience in working with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, stress management difficulties and low self-esteem. Clients have turned to me for support when navigating life changes, dealing with loss and relationship issues, exploring sexuality and their sexual orientation, experiencing ADHD like symptoms or engaging in self-harm.

I work with clients in English or Hungarian either in-person in Dublin City Centre or online.

Where I work

As a private practitioner I work with City Therapy and The Therapy Centre in Dublin City Centre where I see adult clients 18+ years old.

In Baldoyle Family Resource Services I serve my clinical placement , where I work with child and adolescent clients under the age of 18 years. This is an integral part of my MA studies with PCI College.

Professional experience

Prior to attaining my psychotherapy qualification, I've worked for two decades on the field of human resources management, leadership and talent development  where I applied my knowledge of psychology to people-related issues in the work environment.  I worked in both large and small organisations, locally and globally across different cultures. I feel privileged having had a chance to work for world class organisations like Coca-Cola and General Electric with excellent leaders and peers. Core aspects of my roles were to drive leadership and talent development through various methods and provide on the job coaching for teams and individuals in the organization.

Throughout the years I've gained experience in navigating complex scenarios, conducting sensitive and delicate conversations in confidence and applying a fine balance between an empathic and solution oriented approach.

As a HRBP and Organisational and Talent Development leader  I've been designing and delivering complex development and health related programs, facilitated training and workshop sessions in various leadership, personal efficiency and mental health related topics.
