How do I start therapy?

You can contact me via the form on the website, under the Contact page. I'll get in touch with you for a free assessment call.

How much time do I need to dedicate to therapy?

The default offering is for weekly sessions that are 50 minutes long.

The process is open ended, there is a review after 6 sessions where we can discuss whether to contract for a fixed number of sessions or leave the process open ended.

How much does therapy cost?

A therapy session costs 70 EUR / 50-minute session.

What is the venue of the sessions?

I work in Dublin City Centre. Venue is located near Grafton Street, 10 minutes walk from Tara Street train station. My in-person days are Wednesdays and Thursdays.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

No fee is due in case the session is cancelled with a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice.
For any cancellation within less than 72 hours from the session, the regular fee is payable.

Do you offer online counselling?

Yes I do. Please contact me via the contact form on the website to discuss suitable timeslots.
